HOTEL’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
-
- The Aparthotel will provide the GUEST with lodging services for a room and its accessories through payment of the rates and prices valid at the time of service delivery, according to the different plans. The rate and plan are those appearing on the hotel registration card. The provision of these services will be subject to availability and the schedules, shifts, or physical availability of supplies, goods, facilities, or spaces necessary for this.
- The Aparthotel may, at any time, change the apartment, and the GUEST must accept it.
- The Aparthotel has available for public view the rates, service prices, and check-in and check-out hours applicable to the GUEST.
- The Aparthotel has the right to retain and seize the luggage and belongings in the GUEST’s possession, rights that will be enforced for the non-compliance of obligations by the GUEST…
GUEST’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
-
- The GUEST acknowledges being aware of the Aparthotel’s rates, fees, and prices and admits that these may be modified without prior notice.
- The GUEST is obliged to pay in full at the time of service provision and at the end of their stay…
- The GUEST will be responsible, even for slight negligence, for their obligations and those of their companions…
CONTRACT TERMINATION
-
- Upon expiration of the agreed fixed term.
- Due to the breach of any of the obligations by the parties. The GUEST’s non-compliance does not exempt them from paying the full fee for the agreed term.
- When the contract is made on a day-to-day basis…
DISAGREEMENT OVER TERMINATION
If there is a disagreement between the GUEST and the Aparthotel regarding the contract termination, the Aparthotel, in addition to suspending the service, will take all necessary measures for the GUEST to collect their luggage and personal belongings and will move them to a safe and suitable storage without liability for the Aparthotel.
PROOF OF CONTRACT
The lodging contract is proven through the hotel registration card issued by the Aparthotel, accepted by the GUEST’s signature, which confirms their adherence to the stipulations contained herein. The GUEST expressly agrees that the monetary amount indicated in the invoice constitutes enforceable payment.
INSURANCE
To cover risks affecting both the person and belongings of the GUEST, the Aparthotel offers an insurance policy. If the GUEST opts for the mentioned insurance, they must pay the daily premium set by the insurance company, which will be added to the lodging fee. In any case, in the event of a claim, the Aparthotel’s liability is limited to the insurance coverage. If the GUEST declines this insurance, they assume all risks covered by the policy and, in the event of a claim, waive any claim against the Aparthotel.
LIABILITY FOR LOSS
The Aparthotel does not offer custody services for belongings. The Aparthotel assures the GUEST of its diligence and security system regarding the belongings brought due to their travel or profession but does not guarantee total or absolute security or liability for them, whether in the room or any area of the Aparthotel (which are generally public spaces). The GUEST is fully responsible. The Aparthotel is not liable for jewelry, cameras, equipment, tools, valuables, money, computers, and similar items. For this, the GUEST has a safe in their room, which they should use to safeguard their valuable belongings.
REGISTRATION CARD
The GUEST authorizes the Aparthotel to fill in the blank spaces of the hotel registration card.
